Ready to Cook Package From Berrykitchen.com

Berrykitchen recently held an event, an event that Berrykitchen were giving away 1,000 Ready to Cook Packages to their customer via Instagram. The rule is pretty simple, we only need to follow their Instagram Account (@berrykitchen) then follow further instruction. Very simple and unique way to celebrate their motto "Masak Tanpa Ribet".

After following the instruction, I scheduled the delivery time on Monday, 2nd November at 17.00 PM. On the scheduled day, the courier from Berrykitchen handled me the box at my residence. The box was cold, so I think that it contains fresh ingredients. I opened the box and it was so nice that Berrykitchen sent me 2 kinds of their delicate dishes, it is "Seafood Capcay Kuah" and "Chicken Kungpao".

Inside the box, it was not only the Fresh Ingredients, we can also find the recipe for each of the dish and I got myself the Discount Voucher for my next purchases on Berrykitchen. I really appreciate the quality of the package and the recipe is easy to follow. (Even for me...)

The Cooking

First of all, I follow the instruction for the "Seafood Capcay Kuah", the ingredients is a mix of fresh vegetables, squid, prawns, spices, garlic, etc. The cooking time requires 25 minutes. I recommend using 2 different pan, since we should be boiling the vegetables and cook the squid and prawn. At the end, I really love the taste. Not too salty yet strong taste. Easy to make and definitely worth the cooking time. Yummy!

The second one, I tend to make the "Chicken Kungpao". The package itself contain of Spiced Chicken (300 gr), Kungpao Sauce, Pokcoy, and the other ingredients. First of all, we must defrost the spiced chicken before cooking them. It's simple, just put the spiced chicken into warm water but don't open it yet. Put it in the warm water along with the plastic wrap just to defrost the chicken.

The cooking method is also simple from boiling the Pokcoy, then cook the spiced chicken before mixing them all together with the Kungpao sauce. The main point is the finishing phase, we must wait until the Kungpao sauce gets thicker by cooking them longer with small-heat. I love the taste! Oriental flavour which combines the sweet and sour in everybite of the chicken. After plating, put the cashew onto the top of the plate. Recommended dish!

So, this is my final look of the dishes I made from the Ready to Cook package. Both of them looks fantastic and delicious, right? Yumm!

I'm so glad to had a chance to experience the #MasakTanpaRibet with Ready to Cook Packages from Berrykitchen. I'm also looking forward to try another menu from Berrykitchen. Thank you so much for the Package!
