Enjoying Hokubee Tenderness in Holycow! Steakhouse

(Interior of Holycow! Steakhouse Kebon Jeruk)
It was late night, nearly 22.00 PM when I reached Kebon Jeruk District after my friend's Birthday bash. We couldn't find any other restaurant which accept us for a quick dinner, so we tried our luck here at Holycow! Steakhouse Kebon Jeruk. Apparently, they allowed us to ordered. There wasn't much person inside, so we choose the seat nearby the window. The waiter then handled us the menu, so we began to order.

(Hokubee Rib Eye 200 Grams with Mushroom Sauce)
I ordered the Hokubee Rib Eye (200 Grams) with Mushroom Sauce and Mashed Potato. Hokubee itself is a meat originated from Australia (so we can call it Australian Beef) but with special treatment so the meat is juicier. I prefer my steak to be Medium Well. Because I'd love to see the pink-ish color of the medium well meat. For the taste, it is amazing. The meat was very tender just as I expected to be. The mushroom sauce was savory and the mashed potato was great. Well, I guess I'm lucky enough to have this steak after the Closing Hour. Once again, Thank You Holycow! Steakhouse for the late Hokubee dinner.
